Please print and fill out the release form for each person in the group including yourself, and be sure to bring the signed releases with you; this will expedite the process once your group arrives. The Participant form is for your convenience to help compile information. Also, please insure your reservation has been made first. You can do that by calling the Sales Office at 888-996-7669 ext.5102 or 719-530-5102. To request a lodging packet, a la carte (lodging not included in trip) packet, or school program packet send a request using our Contact Form. The forms packet is due 2 weeks before your reservation date. Changes may be made up to 72 hours before your trip.
