Let’s get started planning your group’s trip to Monarch!

Group Reservations

To make a reservation for your group, please call the Group Sales Department at 888-996-7669 x 5102. We will email you a Group Reservation Packet.

Please let us know if you need a Monarch Trip Planning Kit mailed to you for your sign up meeting.

The Participant Information Form is intended to compile information from your group members that will assist you in completing the Group Reservation Packet. Please print out and have each group member fill out the Participant Information Form

Once you have completed the Group Reservation Packet, please email it back to the Group Sales Department. To qualify for group rates and services we need this back no later than two weeks before your first ski day.

Please print the Release of Liability form for each person in the group (including yourself), and bring the signed Release and Liability Forms with you. You will be required to turn them into the Group Sales Department the morning of your first ski day.
