It’s the crossroads of the season. Winter is hanging on, but warmer days have arrived. The melting snow is just starting to flow out from the base of the mountain. While the base area is starting to melt off, there is still a lot of snow up high. With the rapid warm up, things can happen fast. The forecast calls for low temps above freezing for most nights this week and it looks like this trend may continue over the next 14 days. Time to work the runoff.
