26 November

After four weekends of operations in November, we are opening tomorrow, Wednesday-November 27th and we will be staying open every day for the rest of the winter season until April 5th (at least). We received 18″ of low density snow last night and it snowed all day. We tacked on another 5″ of snow today. It is going to be blower tomorrow. I did a bunch of shoveling today but got out for a few laps this afternoon with Patrol. I would have taken more photos but I was in the white room. Seriously, we have mid-winter conditions. Face-shots are abundant! We will be opening more trails tomorrow and another lift. Check our website for all the deets.

FYI…CDOT will be firing off the new Gazflex Exploders in the morning. They plan to close the highway around 5:45 am and open it up after clean up is finished up. If you are in line…stay in line. Do not turn around, do not pass go. Don’t pay attention to the signs saying the road is closed. (Do stop at the closure:) It will open once clear. You don’t want to miss this.

Butterfly in the White Room!
Our Day….Shoveling, Ramp Building, Ski Cutting (and skiing!)
