We had some cold temps today after the cold front moved in last night.  Upslope winds contributed to a chilly day.  The lift ride up with the wind at your back was the warmest part of the run.  The cold temps were not well suited to whatever wax I had on the bases of my skis as they were squeaking their way down the slopes https://avigeneric.com/.  It looks like this is the tip of the iceberg for snow.  We have a lot of snow in the forecast later in the week.  I’ll take a better look at my wax choices.
