Thanks to the hard work of our Ski Patrol, MCS guides/operators, and our ski-packing crew, Mirkwood is now Open!  This team diligently prepped this terrain during the month of December to be ready when the snow returned.  The dense snow from last weekend’s storm was just enough to get a good portion of Mirkwood Basin open.  Orcs, Mirkwood Bowl, Mirkwood Trees, Staircase and Southbound are now available for skiing and riding.  Time to get your hike on!
