Here is a good look at Mirkwood Bowl and the Ridge from the top of Elation.  This is absolutely some of the best skiing here at Monarch.  This ridge catches all of the wind driven snow and dishes up open bowls, steep trees and drops.  On Friday, as part of our inaugural Ski Patrol Appreciation Day, you can compete to see how many times you can hike and ski this terrain.  How many you got?
