Unfortunately, due to the Xcel Energy enhanced powerline safety settings and subsequent power outage on our transmission/feeder line, Monarch Mountain is unable to operate today (Sunday-March 15th).
Our Guest Service team will be issuing refunds automatically. If you purchased a ticket, please allow up to 24-hours for the update to appear in the system. If you haven’t seen a refund after that time, please reach out and our team will be happy to assist.
Please stay tuned to our website and social media for updates and notification of when power is restored. We plan to be fully operational on Monday-March 16th. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
