Winter decided it wasn’t quite over yet. We picked up around 6″ of high density snow overnight and through the morning. Where a smooth surface existed underneath the new snow, there were very good powder turns to be found.
We have had some beautiful spring days here to start the week. There have been some perfect spring conditions right around mid-day that have made for some great corn skiing and a really fun lunch lap. Despite the warm weather, it looks like winter isn’t quite over yet and will make a return on Thursday.

The mountain sure is quiet this week. It always takes a while to transition from the operating season to the off-season. The mountain ops crews have been busy tearing down the mountain and the base area staff have been cleaning and tidying up the place.
