To complete your order, please provide the following:

1) A signed, online liability waiver form (required for each passholder).

– If you are a “new” pass purchaser, please see “Pass Photo Upload” below.
– If you are a ‘renewal’ pass purchaser and you selected ‘new photo’ while ordering; please see ‘Pass Photo Upload’ below. Be sure to keep your current season pass as it has been reloaded for the 2025/2026 season and will not be reissued.

Pass Photo Upload Instructions
WE REQUIRE A PHOTO OF EACH PERSON RECEIVING A SEASON PASS.
Here’s HOW TO load your photo:
See PASS PHOTO REQUIREMENTS at right.
– Go to SkiMonarch.com.
– Click on SHOP in the menu bar at top, or in the menu dropdown if on mobile.
– Click on the Guest Icon at upper right and sign in.
– If you have a webcam on your device, click on Capture Photo at right on the screen to take a picture of yourself. If you already have a photo, click on Upload Photo at right on the screen.
– Follow the rest of the instructions on your screen.

Once your photo is ready, visit our Shop.

PASS PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:
If you’re using your own photo, it must be in .JPG format.
Your face/head must be the entire photo (similar to a passport photo).
Photo must be of only one person, the passholder.
Face and hair color must be clearly identifiable (if you have hair).
No sunglasses, helmets, hats or mouth coverings.
No displaying of firearms.

• Full payment, signed waiver and photo must be completed for pass to be issued and valid.
• RENEWAL passes are reloaded to your existing card. You will not receive a new card with the following exception:
• If you upgraded (renewed) your Monarch Only or Week-Day pass to a full benefit pass, please contact seasonpass@skimonarch.com for a reissue of your RFID card. (Your MO or WD pass will not work at partner resorts.)
• NEW or reissued passes can be picked up the Monarch Outpost in Salida or the Monarch Crest Visitor Center at the top of Monarch Pass through August 1. After Aug. 1 and through Nov.1 passes will be mailed to the address on file.

Proof Of Eligibility
Proof of age may be required for all Super Senior, Senior, Teen, Junior and Child passes. Proof of eligibility may be required by email or in person at time of pickup for Military, College and Veteran passes.

Refund Policy and Insurance
Season passholders may purchase 3rd party insurance through TravelGuard, which provides for refunds under certain circumstances. This insurance costs 7% of the pass purchase price. It can be purchased at the time the pass is purchased, or up to 24 hours prior to the effective date of the season pass. More information can be found at travelguard.com/multievent. Monarch Mountain does not provide refunds on season passes

Season Pass Usage
Each season pass must only be used by the person to whom it is assigned. Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold to another person. Use by anyone other than the assigned passholder constitutes fraud and will result in revocation of the pass and privileges without refund and may result in fines of up to $1,500.00. The cost to replace a pass is $5.

Use at Partner Resorts
To use your Monarch pass at our partner resorts you must show your eligible season pass, your purchase confirmation and an ID at the visiting resort’s ticket window. They may charge a small fee for their RFID card – call the visiting resort for more information.
