Another project that is nearing completion is the additional snowcat storage building.  This will be a heated and insulated two-bay facility located in the northern end of our vehicle maintenance parking lot.  This new space will now give our VM team a total of 10-bays to park machines in a warm spot that is out of the weather.  This indoor space makes machines easy to start at 10pm when our grooming crew comes in for their night shift with warm machines and no snow to clear off.  This saves time and makes the start of their shift fast and efficient in getting out onto the slopes for projects and creating perfect cord.  It also keeps our machines out of the UV in the summer months which can shorten the life on track belts, tiller components and interior cab features.  Meow!
