Rental / Lesson / Childcare Confirmation

Important Information about Rentals, Lessons and Childcare 

  • If this order included RENTALS, LESSONS or CHILDCARE, a release of liability must be completed to finish your reservation.  Click here to be taken to our online waiver. One waiver per person, per season. The waiver is good for the entire 2023-2024 season. A parent or guardian must electronically sign for any minors in their party.
  • Pick up tickets for RENTALS, LESSONS or CHILDCARE at the Reservation Windows, located in the Rental and Lessons Center. Orders for Lift Tickets only, may be picked up at the Ticket Windows outside the Main Lodge.
  • Plan to arrive at the Reservation Windows at least 1 hour prior to all lesson start times, 1.5 hours prior during peak business days. (12/26-1/3; 2/15-2/16, 3/01-3/31)
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your lesson date in order to receive a full refund.
