Everyone up here at Monarch is getting excited for the race we have coming up on August 23rd at the Crest.  This race is being put on by Arkansas Valley Advocates for Dyslexia (AVAD) which is a local non-profit who’s mission is “increasing access to resources for families affected by dyslexia through dedicated advocacy and comprehensive support“.  Monarch has been a long standing supporter of AVAD, and it is particularly near to my heart as I have family members affected by dyslexia who are deeply involved in this non-profit.  It will be a fantastic day with fun prizes, discounted tram tickets, discounted lunch option, and great community building to support kids and adults with dyslexia.  If you are looking to register for the race here is the link and if you want to join the fun on social media check out the event invite here for more information.
