Yesterday’s storm day delivered the classic Colorado day today. The skies cleared and the powder snow was just waiting for us. We reported 7″ in the last two days but there was much more than that on our abundant wind-loaded northeast slopes. This spring snow is typically just a bit more dense and with the wind yesterday it created a supportable and creamy surface for slashing turns out there. Looks like more to come later in the week and beyond.
