It’s always darkest before the dawn. Today is the shortest day of the year and the official first day of winter. Tis’ the season.
Patrol was able to open B’s Bash along with both Upper and Lower Hall’s Alley. Bit by bit we are getting all our trails in the mix. There are just a handful of lift served trails yet to work on. Look for a few more to open by next weekend.
We opened the Breezeway lift today along with some buffed out groomers and powder stashes. Little Mo and Ramble On are groomed to perfection. The tree thinning that was completed last summer in Geno’s and the glades between Lil’ Mo and Ramble are dishing up amazing skiing/riding. Drop in and check it out. Well the snow showed up along with some chilly temps. Things look to hover around the single digits for much of the week. Bundle up and rally to the mountain because the skiing is fantastic out there.
We are off to a really good start to the season. We have five lifts open and two-thirds of our terrain for skiing and riding. There is snow in the forecast and things only look to improve here in the next week or so. Enjoy!
The Park Crew was able to get a few features open in Tilt, our beginner freestyle terrain park.
