The Mountain Ops team continues to work towards getting the mountain ready for the winter season. The snowcat operators have been dozing snow and track-packing the slopes while our patrol team has started stringing ropes and hanging tower pads on the lifts. All of our departments wrapped up their seasonal trainings last week and the company is ready to go. We are looking for just a bit more snow to tie in our connector trails near the ridgeline so that we can access the decent coverage down below. We have been out putting up snow fence all afternoon looking to catch every bit of snow we can in some of our challenging spots. We could see a few inches tonight and next week looks even more promising. Stay positive and continue to stay tuned.
