As you know, parking and shuttling has taken on a more important role in the Colorado ski industry over the last five to ten years. Even for the classic and smaller ski area operations like Monarch. What can I say? People just love to ski! As a business, we also have focused more on helping to get our workforce up to the mountain by running daily employee shuttles from Salida and Buena Vista. As the shuttle ops have scaled up, we have been adding satellite parking capacity while increasing our shuttle fleet. This new machine should serve us nicely on the highway while also being nimble in and around our base area. This shuttle has a really cool sunroof for views of the mountain and it looks pretty sharp too!
