The MCS and Patrol team have been working hard these last few weeks getting this terrain ready. As promised, we were able to deliver everyone a very nice Christmas present. We have five out of eight trails open. Elation 0-3, Orcs, Mirkwood Bowl, Mirkwood Trees and Southbound. Enjoy!

Mother Nature came through with a holiday gift. We received 5″ of snow in the last 24 hours with a few more expected today. The mountain is skiing AMAZING right now. It literally is the storm that saved Christmas. Enjoy!
We had a bit of snow this morning and it looks like there is more on the way this weekend. A storm is rolling in and we are looking for snow to arrive on Friday night or Saturday morning. Snow looks to continue through the weekend. It should be a very Merry Christmas.
The Patrol team did it again. We now have even more terrain offerings with the opening of Outback and Shagnasty yesterday. These trails feature high alpine open bowls that quickly funnel down into the runout or deliver gladed terrain off to the sides of the run. Getting this terrain ready for public use takes several weeks and we utilize a few different tactics in our approach. An intense band of snow moved in yesterday afternoon blanketing the mountain in a sea of white this morning. The groomed out trails and the soft stashes are all skiing excellent this morning. We should have ourselves a great couple of days riding out this fresh snow. Ski you soon!
