Our cat skiing terrain dishes out some extremes. There are several steep chutes and cliff lines on the east side of the divide above the Waterdog Lakes. We also have a very prominent cliff band on the western flank of No Name Bowl. This rock formation breaks through in the ski area as well in several areas including near Christmas Tree, the Pano Ridge and out in Mirkwood. Check this link out for a more in-depth history of the geologic history in this area. Meanwhile, feel free to drop and huck as you see fit.
